Woodpeckers have had a fantastic last week of term.  In our PE sessions this week we have taken time to focus on being calm and develop our wellbeing through the use of Yoga; considering how easy each pose looked we actually have found it hard to sustain them whilst controlling our breathing.

During our maths lessons we have enjoyed a mix of Christmas based activities: solving jokes and puzzles based on this festive time of the year.  Our final Independent Write of the term has allowed us to showcase our learning about writing an adventure narrative and in Topic we have enjoyed creating some colourful double page spreads that contains writing and images that we wanted to share from our learning across terms one and two.
