Forest School - Smores and More
We stayed at our school site for Year 4's Forest School session this week as we wanted to do some fire lighting and cooking. The children had a go at making a spark with the 'dragon's sneezes' and then tried to catch that spark to set light to a ball of cotton wool. There was a lot of determination and perseverance in evidence! We rewarded our efforts by toasting marshmallows on the fire and making smores. Yum!
