It was a very wet Wednesday for Years 1 and 2 in Forest School this week so snail hunts and den building were the order of the day!

We were amazed at the number of snails that we found and how beautiful their shells were. We enjoyed observing how they moved, used their antennae and nibbled at the grass we gave them.

Den building is always a favourite collaborative activity and this week we had some which were 'mud painted' and some which came complete with a television and cable tube!
