Dear Parents and Carers

On Friday 10th March the school has been invited to take part in another KS2 orienteering event which is being held at Daventry Sports Park, Browns Road, Daventry NN11 4NS.

The event will focus on developing children and young people’s skills, motivation, competence and confidence through skills activities. Each team must consist of 2 boys and 2 girls and we are hoping to take 2 teams. If we have more applicants than needed we will pull names out of a hat.

If you think your child would be interested in attending this event, please could we ask you to complete the attached form and return it to school by Thursday 2nd March.

The session will run for 1 hour and our allocated time is 11 – 12 pm. Parents/Carers will need to commit to collecting their child from school at 10.45 pm and dropping off at Daventry Sports Park. They will need to be collected at 12pm and bought back to school. Spectators are permitted to attend the event but must spectate from a distance.
