Welcome back our Woodpecker families and a Happy New year to you all!  This week we have been jumping straight back in to our learning in Year 4 and have started several new units of work.  In maths we have begun developing our learning about factors and factor pairs of numbers and how we can easily remember what to do if we need to multiply or divide any number by 10.  In English we have started looking at the structure of a balanced argument and we have analysed the lyrics in some famous Disney songs in during reading.

For PE we have started to build on our teamwork and communication skills by completing a series of Outdoor and Adventurous Activities (OAA) including following a given set of instructions to move between a set of cones.
