This week we have explored the story of 'The 3 Little Pigs' and begun to create our role-play area using the children's ideas, including a large wolf disappearing into the chimney!

We have discussed Lent and sequenced instructions to make pancakes, it involved a lot of careful mixing!  We have also recalled other celebrations and festivals. 

We have begun to spot signs of spring and recognised the contrast with other seasons and facts we know. In art we have started to focus on Kandinsky and use of pattern and colour.
