As we come to the end of the term, Dragonflies have continued to push on with their learning.  In English we are developing our Sir David Attenborough biographies, writing about his early life and the fact that a dried seahorse was the “mind-blowing” moment that saw him decide that he wanted to study the natural world for the rest of his life.  In maths we have been looking at multiples and factors and discovering that when we compare two different sets of numbers we can sometimes identify common multiples and factor pairs.

Our DT sessions have seen us design and cook our soups and bake some tasty bread to accompany it and in our science lessons we revisited the structure of plants and dissected some flowers to extract the male and female components that allow them to fertilise and potentially produce edible produce.
