Year 4 performed brilliantly at their First Access Strings concert on Wednesday.  It was wonderful to have such a good turnout of parents too.  Our performance marked the end of a 10 week project where every child in class was given the opportunity to learn a string instrument free of charge as Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust achieved a grant to provide this wonderful opportunity.  We emailed parents in November and on 6th December to ask if your child would like to continue learning to play a string instrument in paid lessons.  Expressions of interest need to be made using the link that was emailed by Friday 15th December.

The wet weather meant PE couldn’t take place outside so Year 4 were put through their paces in the hall during a Body Combat workout online.  We were all a bit achey the next day… including Mrs Stewart!
