Year 1 to Mission Control

The children in Year 1 have had a great first few weeks in school. We have been enjoying our new topic ‘Zoom to the Moon’ where we have made rockets using junk, choosing the resources and tools carefully. We have explored using pastels to design our own planets and have also enjoyed using our space-themed role play area to go on exciting journeys.
