This week in science Year 1 have been investigating how different materials are suitable for building a shelter for a dinosaur. We have been testing how well our shelters can keep our dinosaurs safe across the four seasons, and in different weather conditions. We used a lamp light for the spring and summer months, a hairdryer for the windy weather, a watering can for the rain and even crushed ice to imitate hailstones.
