London calls Year One
In DT Year one have been looking at sculptures and have been using paper to make our own 3D pictures. We have been bending, folding, twisting and scrunching paper into different shapes. This week we used these skills to create a ‘Tree of Life’ 3D picture.
In computing we have enjoyed programming ‘Beebots’. We have been creating simple algorithms to send the Beebots to different destinations on a map. This week we linked it to our geography by sending them to different human features on a grid.
