Reception investigate autumn treasure
Last week the Hedgehogs class was investigating and asking questions in science, leading us to make lots of predictions and wondering what would happen with autumn treasure - would tiny seeds or pumpkin pieces float or sink in buckets of water? We had loads of fun exploring this and got a bit wet too!
We have been learning about nocturnal and woodland animals as well as looking after creatures in our wild life centre role play.
We have also compared lots of leaves and classified them as well as creating a stunning autumn wreath for friendship. We are so proud of how well our Hedgehogs have remembered their routines on returning to school following the break and are looking forward to this term's learning!
