In Year 1 we have started our food technology topic 'Chop, Slice and Mash'. This week we have been exploring using different tools to prepare food including cutting and mashing banana and grating cheese and carrots. We also enjoyed eating the food we had prepared! 

In art this week we have been looking at the patterns on a tortoise shell. We used sketching pencils to create the patterns and also used collage to make patterned shells.
