Year 3 have grown crystals this week, to help understand how intrusive and extrusive rocks form. 

The children have also started a poetry unit focusing on Autumn.  They have generated some lovely vocabulary and have been introduced to personification. 

In our Hinduism unit we have looked carefully at an image of a Mandir to understand how Hindu's show their faith in the community - the children did some fantastic drawings and came up with some lovely ideas related to community, friendship and worship.
