Badgers have been super scientists this British Science Week.  They have been looking at the force of friction and testing different surfaces using newton metres.  In PE we had a match to end our netball unit.  The children worked well together and really enjoyed the games! 

In Latin we have been using Latin verb codes to work out who is doing the action of the verbs we have been learning.  Ask your child to chant you the Latin verb codes o-s-t-mus-tis-nt.  Do you recognise the tune?

In literacy, we have been continuing our story: The Secret of Black Rock.  Badgers have been learning about onomatopoeia, fronted adverbials, precise verbs and the use of quotation marks for inner thoughts.
