We reached another Monksmoor Park milestone today as for the first time ever we waved children off on a residential trip.  Some very excited Year 4 children and excited staff went on a residential trip to Everdon Outdoor Learning Centre.

The Year 4 children loved their first activity today.  Suited and booted they took a short walk to a lovely meadow to put their orienteering skills to the test.  With the sun shining down on them they managed to spell out a range of trees' names deciphering their personal codes.

Back at the centre they had a snack and headed out to the Learning Centre's garden to play some team games.
