They want to ensure that your child receives an appropriate meal with accuracy and efficiency at point of service. They can achieve this if they plan your child’s menu in advance and then work with our lunchtime team to ensure that the food served is the correct option.
If your child has a special dietary requirement help Kingswood to make lunchtime safe and enjoyable by following this procedure:
- Register yourself and then your child for dinners at www.kingswoodcatering.co.uk
- Complete your registration, making sure that you tick the box stating that your child has a special dietary requirement.
When you tick the box, you will not be able to order your child’s meals until Kingswood contact you.

Children with special dietary requirements can suffer from poor health if their needs are not met. As such Kingswood need to manage their resources to help as much as they can. For this reason, they cannot accommodate personal likes and dislikes as part of their special diet provision.
If your child has a dietary requirement please read the following statement from Kingswood Catering Ltd.
Your safety is our greatest concern and because allergies can be life-threatening we would ask you to think carefully about the risks before you order.
We are proud of the service we provide to people with allergies and intolerances and we work very hard with our suppliers and our team on processes and checks around allergens. However, you should be aware that all of our kitchens handle ingredients containing the top 14 allergens other than NUTS, SESAME, MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS. This means that there is a chance of contamination and all our meals are therefore classified as “may contain”.
For more information on any aspect of school lunches please refer to the Kingswood Information Booklet below.
